From a sketch on a post-it to a precision-machined instrument. Every OBEDIO button follows the same journey.
Pen on a post-it. The idea takes its first shape.
Form, proportion and presence, explored until it is right.
Every curve and tolerance resolved before a single chip is cut.
Held in the hand, judged against the standard, made again.
Plate, diffuser and core brought together with intent.
A precision instrument, finished to the vessel it will serve.
Every OBEDIO SmartButton starts as a solid block of aluminum. CNC-machined with tolerances measured in microns. There is no plastic shell. No snap-together casing. The enclosure is the structure. The result is a button that has the weight and presence of a fine mechanical object - because that is exactly what it is.
Matched to the yacht's interior veneer. Teak, walnut, ebony. The button becomes part of the joinery.
Thin-cut marble and granite matched to countertop or bathroom surfaces. The same material, inside and out.
For performance-oriented vessels and modern interiors. Lightweight, structural, unmistakable.
Precision-thinned, treated, and fused without losing texture. Looks like Bentley dashboard leather. Lets radio waves through as if it were not there.
The yacht name. An owner's crest. A cabin designation. Laser or CNC-cut directly into the metal - permanent, tactile, precise.
A refit changes the interior. The outer cover changes with it. Same electronics, new exterior. Minutes, not weeks.
PCB, battery, RF antenna, microphone module, LED diffuser, CNC-machined enclosure. Nothing is decorative. Everything is engineered.
