How It Works

Six steps, one breath.

01
Press

The guest presses the bespoke button in their own language. The microphone hardware-connects only on press.

02
Speak

Voice is captured locally. Nothing leaves the vessel.

03
Understand

The on-board local server runs a 5-model cross-check (MLX Whisper) to transcribe and translate into the crew member's language.

04
Route

The fully transcribed, translated request is sent to the right on-duty crew member's watch, phone, or tablet.

05
Confirm

The button light confirms someone is on the way. End-to-end acknowledgement closes the loop.

06
Escalate

If no response, the request escalates through three levels: on-duty crew, then supervisors, then the full crew.
