Guest presses "Lights" - lights turn off instantly. No crew notification. No delay. Direct control.
WiFi is the primary channel: voice and every request run over WiFi to an on-board server. An optional RF redundancy package adds a second, independent radio channel - if WiFi drops, RF takes over automatically.
Part of the optional RF package: supports 433, 868, and 915 MHz. The system detects the vessel's location and switches to the correct regional frequency automatically. Install once, works everywhere.
Primary server down? The backup takes over with full database replication. With the optional RF package, repeaters even form an emergency mesh if no backup is present. Service continues.
Buttons, repeaters, server - all updated remotely. No truck rolls, no pulling the yacht out of charter. Push from shore, every device receives it.
Buttons run up to 2 years on their own battery. With the optional RF package, repeaters add backup batteries and keep working on RF even if the yacht loses all power. The guest can still call.
Every call gets a unique ID. Button waits for server confirmation. Server confirms delivery to crew, confirms who accepted, sends feedback to guest. Full chain, no gaps.
